A project report consists three parts:

1. Cover page
2. Report body
3. Supplemental materials

The cover page must contains the following information:

• The course name and number
• Current project name or report title
• Project group name
• Group members' names
• Date of completion

The report contains the following contents:

• The report title
• Table of contents (if the report is longer than 10 papes)
• Report body
• References
• Appendix (if any)

The supplemental materials may include any document that are not appropriated to be included in the report

A hardcopy of report is always required for project grading. An electronic version of the document is also required to be uploaded to the designated ftp site.

A file name consists of five parts: groupID-topic-proj[-version].extension. 

1. "groupID" is the number assigned to your group (such as "gg01" for 6341 class) or the keyword of your group name (for 3349 class).

2. "topic" is a single keyword chosen from your topic

3. "proj" could be: 1, 2, 3 (meaning the short project 1, 2, 3) or 0 (major project). 9 is for other projects, such as the slides for mini-presentations

4. "version" is optional. It is a default extension such as doc, ppt, xls.
