On-Going Projects

· Cotton Seed Data Warehousing- CotWiz

o A system based on data warehouse of cotton performance tests and including a cotton variety selection application.

· Data mining on web- Wikipedia search improvement (Search Engine)

o Mining on the data of wikipedia, and try to find an effective approach to construct a more versatile online dictionary.

Project Experience

· Developing and implementing Library Information System 2000.6-2002.8

o Developing and implementing a library information system (LIS) for SDUDT based on Visual FoxPro.

Main responsibilities:

o Designed LIS and took whole charge of the implement.

· Designing and implementing Management Information System for Drugstore 2003.2-2003.7

o Developing a management information system for drugstore using object-oriented software analyzing and designing method based on ASP developing environment and SQL Server database.

Main responsibilities:

o Designed and developed the MIS by myself.

· Designing and Developing Monitoring and Early Warning System for TBT 2004.6-2005.8

o Sustentation fund Project of Beijing Natural science (9042001); Sustentation fund Project of State Social science (04BJY061);

o Collecting the real-time information from the five patent databases and feed back proper information according to the index designed beforehand; Support the decision making by pushing the early warning information.
